About Event

AI can already help you write code, research faster, build polished projects, and prepare for interviews. So when everyone has access to the same leverage, what actually keeps you valuable?

CREAO is bringing together AI founders, engineers, researchers, builders, and hiring perspectives to explore how AI is reshaping the way we learn, build, get hired, and grow our careers.

We’ll dig into questions like:

  • What becomes more valuable when high-quality output gets cheaper?

  • What does it mean to truly learn when AI is always available?

  • How do you demonstrate real capability in an AI-native hiring market?

  • And how do you turn AI leverage into durable career leverage?

Expect a candid, technical, and practical conversation — plus the chance to meet people across the Bay Area who are building, researching, hiring, and navigating the same shift.
