🧘♀️ The 90-Minute Mental Wellness Workout
This all-in-one experience combines movement, a therapist-led conversation, mindfulness-based journaling, and guided meditation, designed to help you regulate stress, protect your peace, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
🌿 What to Expect:
Meditation & Reset
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice to release external noise and center your nervous system, creating space for reflection and presence.
Vinyasa Yoga
Led by Our Studio Wellness founder Justine Chun, this intuitive flow grounds you in your breath and body, helping you release tension, boost energy, and create space for clarity and focus.
Therapist-Guided Conversation & Journaling
Led by Anne Josephson, Psy.D., M.S. Ed. of Uptown Psychology, this month's guided reflection will explore:
How adult friendships shift with life transitions, distance, and changing priorities
Common roadblocks to connection, including fear, vulnerability, and time scarcity
How to deepen existing friendships and form new ones with authenticity
Journaling prompts to help you reflect on what kind of connection you crave and how to nurture it
