This session is not about pushing harder—it’s about cultivating sustainable strength, the kind that supports you through work, creation, and daily life. Whether you’re an engineer, founder, or simply someone carrying a busy mind, this is an invitation to reset in movement and breath.
No prior yoga experience needed—just bring yourself, your mat, and a willingness to pause.

By day, I work in tech. In life, I also dance, box, and create. Yoga has been my steady companion through deep transformation—helping me find balance, calm, and resilience. My trauma-informed studies shape the way I guide: with gentleness, curiosity, and safety. This space is for us to pause, unwind, and simply be.
