​About the Speaker

​Dr. Jennifer Tharp is an executive coach and trainer with Novus Global, partnering with senior executives and C-suite leaders to expand their impact, elevate performance, and build cultures that sustain growth. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in senior leadership, management, and consulting, Jennifer equips leaders to navigate complexity, align teams around strategy, and accelerate results.

​Before coaching full-time, she led teams in higher education and advised more than 20 universities on organizational strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation. She has designed and taught courses in strategic planning and innovation, design thinking, and research methods, integrating research with real-world execution. Her doctoral research on the psychosocial factors that drive success and thriving informs her approach to developing resilient, self-aware, and visionary leaders.

​After 15 years in New York City, Jennifer returned to her hometown of Nashville, where she contributes to the city’s ongoing transformation through partnering with non-profit leaders and active engagement in arts.
