What is this?
A hands-on workshop where you go from idea to working prototype — and then make it something users actually love. No coding experience needed. You'll build a real product with Lovable (AI-powered web app builder).
Nesrine Changuel — product coach, trainer, speaker, and author of Product Delight. With a background in research and over a decade of product experience, she has built products used by millions including Chrome, Meet, Spotify, and Skype. Today, she helps teams create products people don't just use, but truly love. At this workshop, she'll teach you her Delight Model and show you how to find the emotional and functional levers that make your product stick.
Elena Avramenko (Founder of Modaal, Lovable Ambassador) and Dima Abramov (Product Lead at Foundever, Lovable Ambassador) run Amsterdam's Vibe Coding community and have helped hundreds of non-technical builders ship their first products. They'll guide you through building a real web app with Lovable — live, from scratch, in under an hour.
You walk out with a working prototype, a framework for delight, and concrete next steps to make your product better.

Workshop Structure
Part 1: Build with Lovable (60 min)
Learn vibe-coding, see a live build on stage, then build your own idea with Lovable. No coding required — we'll guide you through prompting tactics and real-time decision-making.
You leave Part 1 with a working prototype.
Part 2: Product Delight with Nesrine (70 min)
Discover what makes products delightful. You'll learn the Delight Model, identify functional and emotional motivators for your product, explore Core Delighters, and brainstorm ways to elevate your prototype from functional to lovable.
You leave Part 2 knowing exactly what's missing from your prototype.
Part 3: Apply Delight to Your Build (30 min)
Put it all together. Iterate on your prototype using what you learned, then selected participants share their before/after journey with the group.
You leave Part 3 with a prototype you're proud to show.
