​The AI Innovation Network Philadelphia (AINPHL) AI Forum is a curated, cross-sector gathering designed to move beyond AI hype and into real-world execution.

​Bringing together leaders from government, higher education, and enterprise, the forum is structured as a high-impact session highlighting AI research and real-world solutions in the region.

At its core, the forum addresses a central tension facing organizations today: how to rapidly build AI capability while establishing the governance, security, and workforce alignment required to deploy it responsibly.

​Through collaborative discussion, attendees will explore how to modernize operations, improve service delivery, and enable workforce productivity using AI, automation, and data-driven insights.

The event features a keynote from Melissa A. Scott, Chief Information Officer for the City of Philadelphia, who leads the city’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation initiatives. She is responsible for aligning technology with public service outcomes, ensuring secure and efficient delivery of digital services across departments. Her perspective grounds the conversation in real-world public sector challenges, including responsible AI adoption, digital equity, and operational resilience.
