Some things stay with us. A decision that won't settle, a conversation we keep circling, a pattern that shows up again in a new form. These deeper patterns ask for more than another framework. They ask for presence.
In one focused hour, we bring somatic awareness together with creative practice to help you meet what you are carrying with steadiness and clarity.
How the hour flows
Arrive (15 min). We begin with a short guided reflection that creates space to notice what is asking for your attention right now. Create (25 min). With Kanupriya's guidance, you will work with poetry and mindful pattern-making art (zentangle). No artistic experience is needed. The practice quiets the thinking mind and lets insight surface through the hands. Settle (10 min). Uma leads a somatic meditation that brings awareness back to the body, so you leave grounded, present, and connected to yourself.
We close with time to share and connect with the others in the room.

Kanupriya Bhardwaj, Ph.D. (Stanford), Creative Inquiry Facilitator. Drawing on over a decade in technology, Kanupriya uses poetry, pattern-making, and reflective practices to help people access clarity, self-awareness, and perspectives beyond habitual ways of thinking.
