About Event

WHAT IS IT

Living with a chronic illness is more than a diagnosis. It's the appointments that stack up, the hard days that come out of nowhere, and the quiet grief of mourning things you used to do without a second thought. It's feeling like you have to explain yourself — again — to people who don't fully understand.

And if you're caring for someone who is chronically ill, you know a different kind of exhaustion — the one that comes from giving so much of yourself that you forget to ask: what do I need?

You are not alone. And art can help.

This workshop combines journaling, drawing, and guided painting with techniques — in a calm, no-pressure space made for people who are carrying a lot. Whether you're living with illness or loving someone through it, you belong here.

🎨 We will be working towards an abstract landscape piece. Yours will look similar but different. You can also paint something entirely different if it feels right for you.

Because this is a beta test run, your feedback means everything. At the end we'll collect honest input on what worked and what didn't — your voice will help this reach more people who need it.
