About Event

Climate nonprofits don't struggle for purpose; they often struggle for operational clarity. Teams are running on unspoken assumptions about who does what, workflows nobody designed intentionally, and a mission-driven reflex to say yes to everything. The result: exhausted people, stalled initiatives, and impact that's harder to measure than it should be.

This workshop helps executive directors, operations leads, and program managers see their work differently.

In 90 minutes, participants build a concrete map of where their organization's energy is going, develop a shared language for identifying and naming waste, and leave with a prioritization framework for what to protect, what to fix, and what to stop, with no new tools and no budget required to act.

Space is limited. If turnout is high, we may need to turn people away at the door. Please cancel your registration if you can’t attend, and plan to arrive early to help ensure entry.

By registering for this event, you agree to share your information with the event organizers, PNW Climate Week, and Climatebase / the Climate Week Network. You may receive updates from these organizations, and can opt out at any time in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
