About Event

​What if the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for isn’t in doing more—but in learning to pause?

​PAUSE Sessions are live, 30–45 minute gatherings where women come together to breathe, reset, and not only return to themselves but reform their patterns. These aren’t just another online class or productivity workshop. They’re powerful, guided experiences that give you permission to step away from the noise, reconnect with your body and mind, and practice the art of pausing—together.

​Each session will help you:
🔴 Educate – learn simple, science-backed ways to pause through breathwork, grounding practices, somatic movement, self-reflection, and clarity strategies.
🔴 Equip – leave with practical tools, worksheets, and prompts to carry the pause into your daily life.
🔴 Activate – practice the pause in real time so you don’t just learn about stillness, you experience it.

🔴 Women carrying the weight of burnout, transition, or “too much,” who long for space to exhale.

​PAUSE Sessions are open to every woman—come as you are, bring your coffee or your journal, and give yourself the gift of more space in your world.

​***Sessions will always be FREE.

​***Any workbooks, resources, or notes that may accompany a session will go to the ladies in my membership group for FREE and available to others for a minimal fee.
