

International Women’s Day Chicago: Customer Success Leadership Fireside & Workshop
This International Women’s Day, Women of Customer Success Chicago is partnering with Front to host an evening designed for women building, scaling, and leading Customer Success organisations.
To honor this year’s IWD theme, Give to Gain, we’re bringing together two senior Customer Success leaders to openly share the decisions, inflection points, and leadership lessons that shaped their careers and how their perspective evolved as they stepped into new roles.
We’ll explore what actually creates momentum over time -how leaders learn to trust their strengths, navigate periods of uncertainty, and grow into larger scope, influence, and responsibility.
We’ll then extend that same principle to the room.
Through a structured, guided exercise - "The Wheel of Customer Success" - you’ll step back from day-to-day execution to reflect on where you’re investing your time and energy today, where you want to grow next, and what will meaningfully move you forward as a leader.
This is an intentionally small, curated gathering limited to 25 women to ensure honest conversation, meaningful reflection, and genuine peer connection.
The goal is simple: leave with greater clarity, stronger perspective, and connections with other women operating at a high level in Customer Success.

Topic: A candid conversation on their Customer Success journeys - the key skills they’ve developed, how they uncovered and leaned into their strengths, and what has truly mattered at different stages of their career
7:15-7:40pm: Guided workshop: The Wheel of Customer Success
What is it? A reflective and interactive exercise helps Customer Success professionals assess where they’re thriving, where they want to grow, and commit to one meaningful action coming out of the session. Expect thoughtful discussion and peer insight.
7:40-8:30pm: Refreshments and networking
