Product Strategy in an AI World

​Kareem Mayan has been building software since 2001 at companies like ESPN and MySpace. He has founded four companies and sold three, and has shipped 25+ products from zero to one. He runs Savio, a feedback tracking SaaS where no human writes code, and Uncog, where he builds custom AI software for companies at an inflection point.

​Kareem's company Savio ships four or five features a day, and he sets up the same process for his clients. No one on his team writes code. Only AI does. The last big feature he personally shipped was 250k+ lines of code and it was AI-reviewed. Customers loved it, and nothing broke.

​That comes from tight guardrails around the AI, and none of them need you to read code. This talk walks through the guardrails: what gets written down before the AI builds anything, how the AI checks its own work before a person sees it, and the few things only a person can do.
