Golden Hour: Catie Soroka's Art Show at Orchard Slope
There is a particular kind of light that settles over the Okanagan in the evening, the kind that turns everything gold, softens the edges of the day, and invites you to linger a little longer.
On September 12th 2026, we invite you to experience an evening inspired by exactly that feeling.
Set among the orchard trees at golden hour, Golden Hour is an outdoor debut exhibition of original oil paintings by artist Catie Soroka. As the sun slips behind the hills, her work will be displayed throughout the landscape in a setting designed to feel immersive, intimate, and deeply connected to place.
Rather than simply viewing art on a gallery wall, guests are invited to experience it in the open air, surrounded by light, movement, and the quiet beauty of the Okanagan evening.
This gathering is intended to be both thoughtful and welcoming: an evening of art, conversation, nature, and community. Original works will be available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds from painting sales and all ticket proceeds being donated to SPARK Kelowna Animal Assisted Therapy — an organization whose work creates meaningful therapeutic connections between people and animals within our community.
There will be light refreshments.
