

She Re:Run
She Re:Run is a weekly Saturday run that started in November, right when running alone in winter became harder to maintain. Doing it together makes consistency easier and movement more enjoyable.
We run around 4 to 5 km at a pace of 7:30 to 8:30 min per km, slow enough to talk, breathe, and stay connected. Walk breaks are part of the run and no one gets left behind.
This is not about training like men. we are doing it slower. Bodies that menstruate work in cycles, and this space exists to explore ways of running that respect that instead of pushing through it.
Whether it is your first run or you have been running for years, you are welcome. This run club is for women and menstruating humans who want to move without pressure and finish together.
