Robotics in the age of AI#6｜AI時代のロボティクス
A hand-picked casual gathering for people who build, research, or simply curious about robots and AI. Meet the builders behind Japan's physical AI scene in heart of Shibuya, Tokyo
📅 Thursday,
December 3 🕒 18:30–21:00
📍 Sam's Bar Tokyo (10 min walk from Shibuya)TBD

Why join This is our third robotics evening. Our first featured a DeepX robotics engineer, our second a Telexistence lead engineer, and across both, 88 people joined, with engineers from Woven by Toyota, Denso, CYBERDYNE, Rapyuta Robotics, Hibot and more. Most work in robotics or related fields. The rest came out of curiosity and were just as welcome. Come once and you'll leave knowing a few more people building in Tokyo.
What to expect
🤝 Open networking with engineers, founders, researchers and the curious
🗳️ A quick phone poll to get conversations started
🍻 Good drinks and a light bite
Who it's for
Robotics and AI engineers, founders, researchers, investors, and anyone curious about physical AI. No experience required.
Host
Nata, founder of AI Recruit. She tracks Japan's tech, robotics and AI hiring data and has spent 15 years in Tokyo working at the edge of tech, AI and community building. This evening exists because of that data: Tokyo's robotics community had no regular place to meet.
We meet every other week.
Let's build a community for everyone building in physical AI.
ロボティクスやAIをつくる人、研究する人、気づけば考え続けてしまう人のための、少人数のカジュアルな集まりです。日本のフィジカルAIを支えるビルダーと出会いましょう。
