You don’t need to prepare anything or share confidential company information. Concrete examples from your everyday experience are what make this conversation useful.

WHO YOU’LL BE SPEAKING WITH
I’m Stepan, founder of Recruitis, a European ATS. I’ve spent more than 20 years working with talent acquisition processes, getting a behind-the-scenes view of how hundreds of companies hire.
As we expand into the US, I want to understand the needs and working habits of US recruiting teams and use those insights to inform how we develop Recruitis.
