Co-hosted by Drive TLV and the Embassy of Israel in Japan, with the participation of Honda Xcelerator Ventures.
Join us for an exclusive innovation event focused on deep tech and physical AI, bringing together cutting-edge Israeli startups and key players from Japan's mobility and energy sectors.
About the Hosts
Drive TLV is Israel’s leading innovation hub for deep-tech technologies. We connect early-stage startups with global industry leaders to accelerate commercialization through strategic partnerships, investments, and pilots.
The Embassy of Israel in Japan is here to foster cooperation and partnerships with the people and government of Japan in the realms of economic affairs, public information, media, culture, science and technology. The State of Israel and Japan has been enjoying a fruitful diplomatic relationship since 1952. The Embassy encourages building bridges between the Israeli and the Japanese Tech ecosystem.

Information about the startups:
Skygrid: AI compute demand is growing faster than data centers can be built, while millions of vehicle-grade processors sit idle for most of their life once the car is parked. By putting that idle capacity to work, Skygrid turns parked EVs into a distributed AI compute network so AI workloads can scale without waiting on new data center construction.
CorrActions: Impaired driving remains a leading cause of road deaths, and camera-based driver monitoring adds hardware cost and privacy concerns that slow adoption. CorrActions detects intoxication, fatigue, and distraction with software only, reading brain activity through the muscle micro-movements picked up by sensors the vehicle already has. Automakers and fleets get real-time impairment alerts with no cameras, new hardware, or personal data collection.
Vocai: Battery degradation and thermal runaway build up chemically long before voltage or temperature sensors notice, so failures surface as fires or dead packs instead of warnings. Vocai reads the gases batteries emit as they degrade, using on-chip multi-gas sensing and AI analytics to flag failure events at the earliest possible stage. Battery pack makers and energy storage operators get fire prevention, longer battery life, and accurate health analytics from data no other sensor sees.
Whilx: Most tire failures, excess fuel burn, and premature tire wear trace back to one avoidable cause: pressure that's wrong for the conditions the tire is actually in at that moment. Whilx works to remove that guesswork, keeping tires at their optimal pressure automatically so vehicles are safer, more efficient, and cheaper to run, without asking drivers or fleets to do anything differently.
nT-tao: Data centers, ports, and remote sites are stuck choosing between years-long grid waits or diesel. NT-Tao gives them a third option: a compact, shippable fusion reactor delivering clean baseload power directly on site. Operators get reliable, zero-emission power years faster than conventional fusion timelines.
