This is a space to slow down, connect, and be real together.
Women have always gathered in circles ~ to share stories, hold each other through hard seasons, celebrate growth, and remember who we are together. We’re not meant to carry everything alone.
On November 3rd, the moon is a waning crescent in Leo, the last sliver of light before the new moon. It’s a natural time to slow down, rest, and let go of what we’ve been carrying. But Leo adds a spark to the softness. It asks us to remember our self-expression, our pleasure, and what makes us feel truly alive.
So this week, we’re turning inward to find that aliveness.
Together we’ll move through gentle embodiment practices to drop out of our heads and back into our bodies. Then we’ll open a sharing circle and spend time journaling. We’ll reflect on desire, on the parts of ourselves we set aside as life changes, and on what it means to feel fully expressed.
Come as you are. No experience needed. You can share as much or as little as you like, and silence is always welcome in this space.

What to Expect
Through grounding practices, guided prompts, and open sharing, we’ll create a warm, brave container to:
• Feel held and understood
• Reconnect to our intuitive, powerful selves
• Soften perfectionism and old patterns
• Build real connection with other women at Pluto
Each gathering will be slightly different ~ but the intention remains the same: honesty, embodiment, and connection.
