Fridge Lab: Build an AI Personal Assistant (founders)
Our new Fridge Labs format where we take the highest-interest ideas from our AI Show and Tells and feature them in a hands on workshop. Chrissy blew everyone away with her simple-but-powerful AI assistants, so it's time to:
Build Your Own AI Assistant
This isn't a panel. It isn't a "what is AI" intro. It isn't a talk or a demo. It's a hands-on workshop where you actually build the thing.
Bring your laptop. Open it. We're actually going to build.
Don't worry about your skill level. As long as you've used Claude Cowork at least once, you're good.
WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH
By the time you leave, you'll have:
An AI set up with the basics about you (priorities, projects) so you stop re-explaining yourself every single chat
One real workflow built and saved as a reusable skill. Run live at least twice so you KNOW it works.
An AI that triages your email and drafts replies in YOUR voice (you still hit send)
An agent that keeps you on track with your long-term goals
Text reminders so you don't drop the ball on the important stuff
A morning brief of your day so you know what's coming
A social schedule scraped from Luma, Meetup, etc. so you actually make it to the good stuff
And MORE
You WILL walk out with a fully functioning agent. That's the promise.
