What you'll learn
Brief it. Write prompts the way you'd brief a sharp new hire: role, goal, context, constraints, format. Get a usable first draft in one or two tries instead of five.
Check it. Spot the four ways AI output goes wrong: made-up facts, missing caveats, outdated info, and answering the wrong question. Match your checking to the stakes.
Place it. Sort any recurring task into Delegate, Draft With, or Keep. Know which parts of your job should stay human, and leave with one change you'll make this week.

Discuss it (15 min). Small groups work through real edge cases. Where does this go wrong?
Practice it (20 min). You run three prompt templates in your own AI tool on sample material.
Apply it (10 min). Map it to a task you do every week.
