All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Every ticket to NATCAP: Coral Rave directly funds coral restoration through THE NAT Fund — as soon as a ticket is purchased, that contribution is allocated to coral adoption and nursery work at THE NAT GARDEN. Because proceeds are committed to conservation immediately upon purchase, we're unable to offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, inability to attend, or late arrival.

 If you're no longer able to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest. Please contact us at hello@thenat.com with the new attendee's details ast least 48 hours ahead of the event.

 In the rare case that NATCAP: Coral Rave is cancelled or rescheduled by THE NAT, ticket holders will be notified directly and offered the choice of a credit toward a future event or confirmation that their contribution remains with THE NAT GARDEN's coral restoration programme.
