Persona's ML reading group: Federico Bianchi presents TTT-Discover

​Persona's ML reading group brings together researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts from industry and academia.

Join us on September 17 for an evening with Federico Bianchi from Together AI. He will present his recent paper, Learning to Discover at Test Time, which was selected as a Spotlight paper at ICML 2026.

The paper introduces TTT-Discover, a method that combines reinforcement learning with search, allowing a model to learn from its own attempts on a single problem at test time. The method produces state-of-the-art results across mathematics, GPU kernel engineering, algorithm design, and biology.

​We’ll have time both before and after the talk to meet other attendees, discuss the paper and related research, and enjoy some refreshments.
