NYC Free Flow Sauna Class for Founders & Leaders

[Invite Only]

Hi friend!

We’re hosting a private free flow session at Othership with founders from the community.

You’ll have 75 minutes to use the space at your own pace, with access to the sauna, ice baths, and tea lounge. The session is unguided, so you can breathe, decompress, and move between spaces however you like.

Expect a small group of founders who are actively building, plus time to connect and have real conversations. No panels, no pitches, no agenda.

What to expect:

• 75 minutes of unguided free flow

• Access to the sauna, ice baths, and tea lounge

• An intimate group of founders and space for thoughtful conversation

Schedule:

• 7:00 PM — Session begins

• 8:30 PM — Session ends

This is invite-only. Request access by applying via the RSVP form.

Location: Private venue in NYC (shared upon confirmation)
