About The Homes
The Homes will be cooperative, climate resilient housing designed for long term living and shared stewardship.
As the housing model takes shape, we’re creating a space for people interested in potentially living at Kinstead to learn together, build relationships, and help shape what cooperative life at Kinstead could look like.

The Formation Circle is for people who are curious about potentially living at Kinstead and want to engage more deeply as The Homes take shape.
Through the circle, participants will have opportunities to:
Learn more about the vision and emerging model for The Homes
Explore cooperative living and shared stewardship together
Build relationships with others considering life at Kinstead
Help shape what cooperative life at Kinstead could look like
The Homes Formation Circle is a program of The Healing Grounds Foundation, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting Kinstead and the larger community.

A Note About Participation
Participation in the Homes Formation Circle is not an offer to purchase housing, an application or reservation for a future home at Kinstead, or a guarantee that housing will eventually be available to a participant.
Participation does not establish priority for future housing and does not require an investment in The Homes or a commitment to purchase housing.
The Homes Formation Circle is not itself the future housing cooperative. Participation does not create membership, ownership, voting, investment, or other legal rights in a future cooperative.
