​What we're building

​A product launch checklist app for people preparing to launch a product. The app will help you identify and track launch tasks across areas like positioning, landing page, product readiness, payments, analytics, onboarding, legal/admin, marketing, support, and post-launch follow-up.

​You'll create structured checklist data, design list and board-style views, add filters, and build a launch readiness summary that highlights completed work, open tasks, blockers, and upcoming deadlines. The focus is on turning a messy launch process into a repeatable system you can use before you go live.

​Outcomes

​By the end of this workshop, you'll understand how to:
