Tech is a tool, not the enemy, but most apps are engineered to keep us hooked. Without awareness and choice, we slowly give away our attention, energy, and free time.
The 28-Day Program is rooted in my personal experience overcoming phone and social media addictions, and I draw on my psychedelic integration and psychosynthesis (spiritual psychology) coaching background to make the experience deeply spiritual and reflective.

Expect a mix of reflection, behavioral experiments, creative practices, community engagement, and screen-free experiences.
You’ll explore topics such as attention, avoidance, emotional regulation, choice points, play, presence, and intentional design of your environment.
