Some days AI saves you a few hours. Other days you wonder if you’re leaning on it too much, or if everyone else has this figured out.
Meanwhile the mainstream advice is to use it more, learn faster, find the right tools, rethink your work… preferably all done yesterday!
Maybe you’ve tried plenty and aren’t sure if any of it helps. Or you haven’t found where AI fits yet and feel you should have an answer by now. Both are totally normal (I promise).

We'll start by looking at what's happening with AI, what's worth paying attention to, and what you need to understand to make your own calls.
Then we open the floor.
Bring a question, a challenge, an experiment that went sideways, or a half-formed thought.
I'll coach a couple of volunteers live, through a real situation, explore possible approaches, and learn from each other's questions and experiences.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formulated question or thoughts. You don't need to be an AI expert, and you certainly don't need to pretend you've figured it all out.
Sometimes, hearing someone else work through a problem is exactly what helps you see your own situation differently.
Come curious and open. Bring your questions. Leave with something clearer than when you arrived.
