​Welcome to The Big Chill Ice Bath & Sauna Club, a social rooftop recovery hangout featuring ice baths, hot tubs, and a big sauna sesh - all accompanied by coconuts, coffee, and good humans of Bangkok.

​We'll have a DJ! 🪩 A social corner led by @coucousocialgamebar!! ♥️ A WORKOUT STATION for those that recover speedily!!! 💪🏼 Plus, a little activity to go with all the hot & cold going on. 👀🧊🔥

‼️ There'll be a SPECIAL GUIDED BEGINNERS SESSION from 10AM - 10:30AM for those new to Ice Baths. For the regulars, we'll see you from 1030AM onwards. Aufguss Sauna Rituals will also be in session. ‼️

🍹 Food & Drinks: Available for purchase, by The Fig Lobby
🚗 Parking: Available at Rompo Mansion only, right next door! (Free for the first 4 hours, 20 baht per hour after)

• ​🎟️ Arriving after 11AM? Check-in UPSTAIRS on the 6th Floor.

• ​🧊 10AM - 1030AM: Beginner’s Briefing & Guided Session

• ​🎤 1030AM - 1045AM: Welcome & Event Briefing

• ​🔥 1045AM: We START!!!

• ​☀️ 11AM onwards: ♨️Aufguss Sauna Ritual, ♥️ Games Corner, 💪🏼 Workout Station
