PHILADELPHIA pen2paper: mindfulness journaling experience in community
Join @journalingclasses on Monday, June 188 at 7pm at Triple Bottom Brewing in Philly for an intimate evening of guided journaling, reflection, and connection.
Designed to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected—to yourself and the people around you—this workshop offers space to pause, reset, and care for yourself in a way that actually feels nourishing.
This is not about productivity.
This is about presence.
Let me set the scene: you walk into a warm, ambient brewery space after a long day in the city. You grab a drink, find your way to a cozy corner, and land in a seat that already feels meant for you. Candles flicker. Journals rest at each seat. Soft music hums in the background. You’re welcomed by your host, Emily.
We’ll begin by slowing down.
Through thoughtfully guided prompts, you’ll be invited to reflect on where you are right now—what you’ve been carrying, what you might be ready to release, and what you want to gently move toward. Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to care for yourself in this season and create space for what matters most.
There will be room for quiet writing, optional sharing, and simple moments of connection that remind you: you’re not doing this alone.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—to yourself and to the community around you.
All are welcome. Whether you’re craving clarity, creative space, or simply a softer place to land, this evening is for you.
