Philosofriends

This Refund Policy applies to all tickets and registrations purchased for events organised by Philosofriends.

All ticket purchases are final. Refunds are not permitted except as expressly stated in this policy.

A refund may be granted only if a written cancellation request is received at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start time of the event. Requests received less than seventy-two (72) hours before the event are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via the official contact method specified at the time of purchase. The time of receipt of the request will be determined by the timestamp of delivery.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.

No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, personal schedule conflicts, travel issues, illness, or dissatisfaction with the event content.

In the event that Philosofriends cancels an event, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or, at the organiser’s discretion, a credit toward a future event.

Philosofriends reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.

By purchasing a ticket, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
