The 7-day, 6-night program includes hotel accommodation, selected group meals, company and factory visits, local transportation, networking sessions, and on-the-ground support.

​Can participants from outside the U.S. join?
Yes. The program is open to participants globally, including founders, investors, executives, researchers, and industry leaders.

​What if I don’t need hotel accommodation?
A program-only option is available for participants arranging their own stay. Contact the Inside Physical AI team for details.

​Do U.S. passport holders need a visa for China?
U.S. passport holders may qualify for China’s 240-hour visa-free transit policy when traveling through China to a third country or region, subject to eligible ports and itinerary requirements. Please confirm the latest rules before booking travel.

​Do I need a technical background?
No. The program is designed for people who want to seriously understand Physical AI, including investors, founders, executives, researchers, and technology leaders.
