Pico Dev Planning Meetup - Open Registration
The SF Pico dev community starts tonight. This is a planning meetup, not a demo night.
Immersive Commons keeps eight Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise headsets on Floor 10. You cannot buy one at retail in the US, so the hardware that should be the hardest part of XR development is sitting on a shelf in San Francisco, available to borrow, and almost nobody is building against it. Tonight the people who would write the code decide what to point it at.
On the table: 1. What we build, the first projects for a Pico dev community aimed at AI and dev tooling. 2. Who is in, across code, design, test, and starting from zero. 3. How often we meet, with the next date locked before anyone leaves. Then the headsets come out and the floor opens.
You do not need a headset and you do not need XR experience. You need an opinion about what is worth building. Doors 7pm, working session 7:15. Hosted by Rayyan Zahid.
