Mr. Nathaniel Tan, CEO, ZICO Capital Pte. Ltd.
Nathaniel Tan leads the corporate finance, strategic advisory and equity capital markets practice at ZICO Capital. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets, and has acted on numerous transactions including IPOs, RTOs, IFAs and mergers and acquisitions advisory transactions. Prior to joining ZICO Capital, he held senior positions in Collins Stewart and Canaccord Genuity Singapore. He began his career in corporate finance in a leading boutique corporate finance firm.
Nathaniel has led and was involved in a number of successful landmark capital market transactions on the SGX, including an asset-swap transaction involving a fast growing agricultural business in the PRC, an IPO of a residential, commercial and hospitality real estate developer, a reverse-takeover of an Indonesian-based nickel ore miner and producer and follow-on equity fundraising, IPO of a Singapore-incubated deep-tech, cutting-edge company that drives vertically integrated designing and manufacturing of meta optics components and products, amongst others. Nathaniel also spearheads the provision of strategic transaction advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, and private-public capital raises.
