Alin Pandichi is an engineering manager with a strong technical background. He leads teams to deliver scalable digital solutions and has experience in ramping up new teams, taking on strategic projects and helping engineers grow their skills. An advocate of continuous improvement, Alin is convinced that the right combination of practices helps teams obtain better results sooner, not faster.
Silvana Roberta Helal is a Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience in consulting and corporate environments.
With more than a decade in management consulting, she has supported organizations and teams through complex transformations and large-scale implementations while building high-performing teams.
She works closely with professionals navigating their leadership journey, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and step into leadership with authenticity and purpose.
Alongside her corporate role, she founded Human Leap, a coaching initiative focused on professional growth, mindset development, and overcoming limiting beliefs. As a certified systemic and experiential coach, she integrates coaching principles into her leadership approach, creating meaningful conversations that help individuals grow and thrive.
Răzvan Căciulă is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as the VP of Engineering and Head of the Bucharest Office at Showpad. Tasked with building a world-class engineering hub from the ground up, he leads cross-functional teams focused on developing cutting-edge, AI-powered revenue enablement platforms.
With more than two decades of experience in the software industry, Razvan brings profound expertise in organizational scaling and complex systems architecture. Previously, he served as a Director of Engineering at Adobe Romania, where he played a pivotal role in scaling one of the largest EMEA engineering sites and leading the development of Adobe Experience Manager. A passionate advocate for ecosystem growth, Razvan is the founder of the Bucharest DevOps community and an active mentor in the startup ecosystem, dedicated to fostering engineering craftsmanship across the region.
Anne Dumitrache is an experienced trainer, organizational, cognitive-behavioral and clinical psychologist, and internationally certified coach. With 18 years in the IT industry — from developer to program manager for Fortune 500 companies — and over 14 years in leadership, she brings deep expertise in people management and organizational growth.
Anne is the creator of the Build Better Leaders Academy, now at its 40th edition with nearly 200 leaders trained, and has designed impactful programs on leadership, the future of soft skills, mental health, diversity and inclusion, hybrid working, mentoring, and personal development.
