For one night during GLUE Amsterdam 2026, an ancient ritual returns in a new form.
The Neo-Salon is a four-course dining experience, part exhibition, part walking dinner, part choreographed gathering — created by artist & chef Yacinth Pos and immersive director Monica Manarino, inside D/Dock’s GLUE exhibition at DB55.
You won't simply sit down and eat.
You'll move through the space.
You'll encounter food installations and international design.
You'll meet people you didn't arrive with.
You'll be guided by sound, ritual and movement.
And you'll leave having experienced dinner a little differently.
✨ The experience
The evening begins as one gathering, echoing the salons of Paris where thinkers, artists and rebels came together to exchange ideas, challenge each other and connect.
Then you'll split into smaller groups and begin moving through an exhibition and walking dinner, discovering four courses across the space.
One course is shared together. Three are encountered at different stations.
At each station, food becomes part of a ritual: something to unwrap, manipulate, share, repeat or discuss.
A recurring sound moves through the room. When you hear it, it's time to move.
And you'll have one more tool: your phone and a pair of headphones.
A private soundscape will guide you through the evening — telling you when to eat, how to eat, when to talk, who to talk to and where to go next.
It's an old ritual, rebuilt with new tools.
Technology in service of presence, rather than distraction.
🍽 The food
The four-course vegetarian menu is created by Yacinth Pos, artist, chef and creator of Atlantis 2.0 — the immersive dining experience that took over Amsterdam in August.
For The Neo-Salon, Yacinth takes the idea further: food designed not simply to be eaten, but discovered, interacted with and discussed.

We understand that things may happen but because this is a limited capacity event, tickets cannot be refunded due to a cancellation but they can be resold or transferred to someone else by the person who bought them or anyone they would like to transfer this task to.
