About Event

Vanderbilt AI Innovation Comes to Louisville

Following the success of our Nashville series, CR8.io and Vanderbilt University's College of Connected Computing are bringing cutting-edge, university-developed AI frameworks to Louisville Vanderbilt alumni and community.

This is the AI workshop to put you ahead of the curve. Don't miss it.

This evening features education content created by Dr. Jules White (Senior Advisor to the Chancellor on Generative AI, Vanderbilt) — delivered hands-on by Bzur Haun (Vanderbilt Strategy Office and CR8.io CEO) and Andrew Fraser (CR8.io Head of Engineering). Louisville gets early access to next-generation AI work design frameworks before their broader release.

The Opportunity: Move beyond conversational AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude. Learn to design coordinated AI systems that work across your actual business processes — files, tools, teams, and workflows. Walk in with a critical problem. Walk out understanding how to turn it into AI-managed work.

Who Should Attend

  • Professionals already comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ready for the next step

  • Operators, analysts, and functional leaders in mid-sized companies

  • Business leaders evaluating how AI can create capacity without adding headcount

  • Technical and semi-technical professionals exploring agentic workflows

  • Teams managing messy, repeatable, cross-system work that current tools don't handle well

  • Louisville business leaders in healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services scaling AI beyond pilots

Not ready yet? If you're brand new to AI tools, spend a few weeks with ChatGPT or Claude first — then join us. You'll get much more value when you're ready.

What's Included with Your Registration

Every ticket includes $65+ in platform value plus exclusive access to Vanderbilt-developed content:

  • MAJK Trial License — $65 value ($15 professional license + $50 in token credits) — yours to keep and use beyond the event

  • Exclusive access to AI Work Design + C.O.D.E.R. course content developed by Dr. Jules White

  • Hands-on MAJK platform access during the session with live build support

  • Full access to MAJK learning portal with exercises, templates, and learning catalog

  • IT support and setup assistance at the door

  • Evening snacks and beverages

  • Access to the Generative AI Innovation Circle Community (invite only) for ongoing AI learning and collaboration

You'll leave with: A working understanding of AI work design, a trial license to keep building, and access to university-level AI education content.

What You'll Learn

By the end of the session:

  • Move from conversational AI use to structured AI work design

  • Use the C.O.D.E.R. Framework to map work across five modes: Compute, Organize, Display, Engineer, Reason

  • Break complex work into parallel streams of AI activity

  • Design AI teammates with clear roles, tools, and outputs

  • Build your first workflow on MAJK — CR8.io's multi-agent platform, brought to market from technology developed at Vanderbilt.

About the C.O.D.E.R. Framework

Developed by Dr. Jules White and the Vanderbilt Amplify GenAI Innovation Center, C.O.D.E.R. is a practical method for designing AI-native systems across five work modes:

  • C — Compute: Batch operations, transformations, processing at scale

  • O — Organize: Structuring files, folders, information

  • D — Display: Dashboards, reports, visualizations, outputs

  • E — Engineer: Pipelines, automations, integrations, workflows

  • R — Reason: Research, analysis, synthesis, decision support

These five modes form the foundation for coordinated AI systems running multiple agents across multiple tracks simultaneously.

About MAJK

MAJK is CR8.io's local-first AI platform for designing and running multi-agent workflows, built on AWS Bedrock (available on AWS commercial marketplace). Unlike chat tools, MAJK coordinates agents, tools, workflows, and local files under explicit user control to execute work — not just discuss it.

CR8.io also developed Amplify AI, another enterprise solution on AWS Bedrock marketplace.

About the Partnership

Vanderbilt's College of Connected Computing is Vanderbilt University's hub for advancing generative and agentic AI research, education, and operational innovation. Under the College of Connected Computing, the AGI Center pioneers responsible AI frameworks and brings university tools to broader communities.

CR8.io brings Vanderbilt-developed AI Work Design frameworks and enterprise tools to the commercial market through hands-on training and enterprise-grade platforms.

Dr. Jules White (Senior Advisor to the Chancellor on Generative AI, Professor of Computer Science) leads education framework development. He's educated over 1 million learners worldwide. Allen Karns serves as the College of Connected Computing's Chief AI and Technology Officer.
