We’re kicking off 2026 by coming back to what matters most: the individual behind the Customer Success role✨

🎤 Guest Speaker: Erica Newell, VP of Customer Success from New Circle Insights.

This event is designed to help WoCS Austin members reset, reflect, and intentionally step into the year ahead with clarity, ownership, and a practical system for growth.

This is not a “State of CS” event. It’s about you: your mindset, your career direction, and how you want to grow, or what’s next.

Throughout the evening, we’ll combine inspiration, reflection, and hands-on work to help you:

Part 1: Welcome & Inspiration
Guest speaker: Erica Newell, VP of Customer Success at New Circle Insights

We’ll open the year together by reconnecting with the WoCS Austin community and grounding ourselves in what we stand for. This session will include a personal growth story rooted in Customer Success, navigating ambiguity, plateaus, and reinvention, and framing 2026 as a year of ownership, clarity, and momentum.

Part 2: Intentional Goal Setting for CS Professionals

Using a Wheel of Growth framework adapted specifically for Customer Success roles, participants will reflect on where they are today and identify 1–2 intentional growth priorities for the year ahead.

Part 3: Building a Personal Growth System

Using an AI framework and agent, we’ll teach you how to build a simple system you can use throughout the year for your:

Quarterly and monthly check-ins
Reflection prompts (what’s working, what’s stalled, what needs to change)
Accountability nudges
Career journaling
