​Leadership presence is about how you show up, communicate, and influence the people around you.

​In this interactive session, we will explore how to strengthen your leadership presence and build confidence in professional spaces.

​Through guided discussions and small-group conversations, participants will reflect on their leadership style and learn practical ways to communicate with clarity and influence.

​The session will be led by Somos Latinx in Tech co-founders Diana Soler and Marjorie Castro, who will facilitate the conversation and share insights from their leadership journeys.
