Thiv Paramsothy is the founder & CEO of Hera Fertility, an AI-powered sperm health platform backed by Precursor Ventures, Techstars, and the Mayo Clinic Platform. A second-time founder with a previous exit to Well Health, Thiv is also the organizer behind Pepper NYC — a monthly meetup for digital health founders, operators, and investors in New York City.
