Plans: See Every Step Before Your Agent Takes It
Reviewing an agent's plan as a wall of markdown, or its finished work as a raw diff, means squinting at text for the one line that matters. Most people just skip past it.
Plans, an Agent-Native app, is a free, open-source alternative to Linear, where agents and people take the same actions, triage a ticket, update a status, and move something through a sprint. It also turns a Codex or Claude Code plan into diagrams, wireframes, and annotated code before anything ships, and does the same for a finished PR or diff afterward.
On September 1, we'll use Plans to build a plan from scratch, show the same review surface applied to a real PR, and triage a ticket the way an agent would. We'll also show how comments on a plan or diff get handed straight back to the agent.
You'll take away:
A plan built live, from a blank prompt to reviewable diagrams
The same review surface is applied to a finished PR or diff
How to comment on a plan and have the agent act on it directly
How to start using it today, free, at agent-native.com
.. All in 20 minutes, with time for Q&A
Plans is one of a set of free, open-source apps built on Agent-Native, a shared framework that connects the apps so your work moves freely between them.
