Project by Project (PbP) invites you to join for an unforgettable evening at Plate by Plate - San Francisco, where top chefs, culinary brands, beverage concepts, community organizations, and leaders from across the Bay Area will gather to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) philanthropy and the local nonprofit community. In addition to enjoying premium tastings from 30+ food and beverage partners, guests will enjoy live entertainment, a silent auction, raffle prizes, and more.
Plate by Plate is PbP's signature annual fundraising event, featuring a specially-curated collection of the finest restaurants and beverage vendors across the San Francisco Bay Area. This year, Plate by Plate will be held at San Francisco Design Center Galleria, a stunning venue nestled in the heart of the city, featuring a multi-floor architecture fit for an evening of luxury and style. The event will be attended by fan-favorite culinary partners as well as many new vendors with unique bites, sips, and desserts to try!

General Information
Dress code is formal cocktail attire or cultural attire.
All guests must be 21+ and provide photo ID and ticket (printed or digital) upon entry.
The last guest entry to Plate by Plate is by 8:30PM. There will be no in/out privileges.
Getting to the Venue
Street parking is available. However PbP always recommends carpooling, ride share or public transportation. Remember to not drink and drive.

1. What is Project by Project? What is Plate by Plate?
Project by Project (PbP) is a 100% volunteer-led 501(c)(3) non profit organization, whose mission is to develop leaders who engage in social issues impacting the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Plate by Plate is PbP's signature annual fundraising event, designed to amplify the impact of our community partners, celebrate the AAPI community, and raise funds to support local nonprofit organizations. It is also the nation's oldest and largest tasting benefit gala supporting AAPI philanthropy, organized entirely by volunteers.
2. Will there be a coat check?
Yes. Complimentary coat check will be available for all guests inside the venue.
3. I purchased a GA ticket but would like to upgrade to VIP. What can I do?

4. I can no longer make it to the event. Can I get a refund?
No, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else on your behalf. For assistance, please email [email protected] and provide the new guest's name and email address.
5. Are tickets tax-deductible?
Yes, up to $75 per ticket. Your receipt should include all relevant information.
6. What restaurants and beverage vendors will be at the event?
Check out the list of confirmed vendors on the Plate by Plate website. Also, keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements (including some exciting giveaways).
7. What if I have allergies or dietary preferences (e.g., vegan or vegetarian)?
We will do our best to identify common food allergens, as well as vegetarian and vegan options, on each vendor's menu. If you have specific questions about the ingredients or preparation of any items, please ask our vendors directly.
8. Does Plate by Plate have sponsorship opportunities?
Yes, you can support the event through either monetary sponsorship, or a donation of goods/services. Please reach out to [email protected] for more information.
9. How can I participate in the Silent Auction and/or Raffle?
Silent auction and raffle items will be available to view approximately 3 days prior to Plate by Plate. Guests can bid on items or purchase raffle tickets using our digital platform beginning the morning of the event. The link to access the platform will be distributed to guests via email and/or text once items become available for viewing.
10. How can I get involved in Project by Project?
