​Platform engineering leadership can be a lonely job. Everyone's figuring out the same things; AI, agentic development, platform value, but rarely in the same room at the same time.

​We're bringing 16 senior platform engineering leaders together for breakfast before PlatformCon kicks off on 25 June. Ajay Chankramath, CTO of Platform Engineering Consulting, has spent decades working with engineering teams at some of the world's largest organisations. Mallory Haigh, Head of Platform Education at Platform Engineering Consulting, brings 17+ years of engineering experience and a background in anthropology to understanding why platforms succeed or fail at scale. They'll open with a few minutes on what we're actually seeing across enterprise platform teams right now, then it's an open conversation over breakfast.
