​Through a playful, embodied exploration, we’ll discover our natural tendencies, notice what feels comfortable or challenging, and explore the space between leaning in and leaning on — where connection, trust, balance, and mutual influence emerge.

​With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, Hamutal offers a distinct and insightful approach to personalizing organizational success. She has led HR functions in both large-scale enterprises like NICE, where she skillfully balanced operational scale with a thriving organizational culture, and agile startups such as Cuebiq, Venn, where she built HR foundations from the ground up.

​Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Snappy, an innovative Engagement Platform, enabling organizations to create Recognition programs for employees and Loyalty programs for clients. Her global experience working with teams across different countries has cultivated a deep appreciation for the magic that emerges when diverse cultural values and perspectives come together, unlocking unique creativity and strength within organizations.
