About Event

You will probably go back home crying and never want to start a company. But if you survive, you will start the next Anduril, OpenAI, or Anthropic.

Most hackathons start with code. This one is run by exited founders, investors, and mad men. It starts with 20 business ideas, forces you to kill them in hours, and ends with a 10-page business memo before a single line of code gets written.

We don’t care that you’ve figured out how to write Claude Code prompts. We care about building a generational company out of our cohorts. We thrive on hunger, aggression, and sky-high valuations.

This is not for the weak. We have strong filters, ruthless validation, and we will tear apart anything that doesn’t scale or won’t be fundable by a VC. If you survive this hackathon, you walk out with something most founders never have: a pressure-tested thesis and a prototype built on top of it.

If you can’t defend your idea on paper, you have no business building it. That’s the test.

DAY 1: THESIS DAY @ KILL ROOM

Walk in with 20 ideas. Tear them apart with ex-founders, VCs, and each other. We give you frameworks for picking the right problem. By end of day, you've published a 10-page business memo or you've gone home. No slide decks. No hand-waving. A written thesis covering: the problem worth solving, your proposed solution, market size, competitive landscape, go-to-market strategy, unit economics, financial model, and why your team is the one to build it. If it can't fill 10 pages, it's not a real company.

DAY 2: SHIP DAY @ BUILD ROOM

One validated idea. One day. Build a working prototype. Demo it to investors and advisors by end of day.

PRIZES: There are serious prizes to be won. In addition, winners get fast-track to the OnlyExit Residency, warm investor intros, cloud credits, AI tool credits, and sponsor perks. Details announced before the event.

WHO THIS IS FOR: Engineers, designers, creators, finance bros, PMs, dropouts, misfits, and elite operators who are done talking and ready to build. You don’t need a team. You don’t need an idea. You don’t need a pedigree. You need to show up ready to work.

Seattle. Free. Limited seats. Approval required.
