About Event

We invite you to kick off the first night of Develop:Brighton 2026 with us at Feast Of The Devs, our official fringe event bringing the games industry together by the sea.

Join us for an evening of socialising, connection, and seriously good food to enjoy in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Feast Of The Devs is designed to be as inclusive as possible. Whether you are a dev parent, someone who does not wish to drink and/or have accessibility requirements, this is a space where everyone is welcome!

Network, mingle and connect with others from across the wider video games ecosystem as we start Develop:Brighton 2026 the right way - with community at the heart of it.

Sponsors & Charitable Partners

Feast of the Devs is a brand new event for 2026 brought to you through the collaboration between Sussex Games, GG Insurance Services and FORMAT Group.

On top of this, the event wouldn't be possible without our amazing sponsors:

As we get closer to the event, we have more sponsors and partners to announce!

Food & Drinks

We're have plenty of food to give any developer a feast for the evening, dietary requirements in mind and it will all be free; just make sure to register for the event 😉

Venue Accessibility

The Tempest has step free access and an accessible toilet on the lower floor. Both terraces are accessible and the upstairs of the Tempest has further seating, toilets and a function room with a bar. Though, please be aware that the upstairs area can only be accessed via 12 regular sized steps.

We are also looking into creating a quiet space area for those that might want a reduced sensory area to chill in.

Additional Information

  • Safeguarding - We will be working with the venue to provide attendees with the safest possible environment. We will be doing this by a code of conduct in place and ensuring safety measures are met - such as capacity limits are complied, hand sanitiser available during the event and located throughout the venue. We will review this aspect daily and update all attendees accordingly.

  • Traffic Light Name & Pronouns Badges/Stickers - People will be able to spotlight their personal space and networking comfortability through the use of a colour coded name badge/sticker system with pronouns.

This information and more will also be present in a digital document we create and send out to attendees a week before the event.

If you have further enquires for us, please get in touch!
