About Event

Hosted by Talus Bio

A Symposium for the Intersection of Gene Regulation, ‘Undruggables’, and AI Drug Discovery.

Join Talus Bio for a one-day summit focused on advancing how we study, model, and target the nuclear proteome. The 2025 Regulome Summit brings together scientists, technologists, and drug developers working at the intersection of chromatin biology, transcriptional regulation, proteomics, and AI/ML-driven drug discovery.

What to Expect:

  • Short talks from academic and industry leaders sharing recent work and perspectives on chromatin biology, proteomics, transcriptional regulation, and drug discovery

  • A conversation from the front lines: A session co-hosted with the Sarcoma Foundation, highlighting the real-world urgency of TF-targeted therapy development and the importance of collaboration among clinicians, researchers, and those with lived experience

  • Themed panel discussions featuring diverse perspectives across science, technology, and translation:

    • Transcriptional Regulation & Chromatin Dynamics: Mechanisms of gene control, chromatin accessibility, and nuclear architecture

    • AI/ML for Drug Discovery: Using machine learning to predict, design, and accelerate therapeutic development

    • Targeting Transcription Factors & the Nuclear Proteome: Chemoproteomics, degrader strategies, and ligandability of historically intractable targets

  • Networking and poster reception to close the day

☕ Coffee, snacks, and refreshments provided

This summit is designed to foster cross-disciplinary connection and deep scientific dialogue, from the foundational biology of nuclear regulation to the future of AI-guided therapeutics.

Whether you’re a graduate student working on enhancer logic, a data scientist training protein models, or a biotech leader exploring new modalities, your perspectives and participation are welcome here.
