AI x Democracy Community Meetup

​We are living in truly special times. AI is advancing faster than ever before, and the pitfalls are just as huge as the opportunities.

​We want to talk about two opportunities of AI: To inform voters conversationally in elections, and to bring politics closer to its citizens.

​We are OpenDemocracy. We built several tools to make full use of these opportunities, and are building a platform reuniting all ideas to build more. (opendemocracy.ai)

• ​some tinkering of ours: Letting agents play with money-in-politics data from the United States Congress (Yuri)

​This evening will give you the spontaneous opportunity to present your research, your hackings, your ideas. 1 minute each.

​This evening is a call to action. There are promising upcoming initiatives and ample playing field for you to contribute.
