Cyber Diplomacy Simulation – Strengthening Africa’s Digital Resilience

​This high-level simulation, developed and facilitated by the Center for Cyber Diplomacy & Leadership (CCDL) at the George Washington University (GWU )immerses and prepares African ministers, diplomats, and policymakers for real-time cyber crisis response. Delegates will navigate a fictional cyber breach affecting an African nation, coordinating rapid responses, diplomatic communications, and multilateral engagement under simulated real-world pressure.
