Marland Team: Pickleball for Shelter!
Sharpen up those racquet skills and join the Marland Team (Royal LePage Performance Ottawa) for what promises to be THE most competitive Shelter event in RLP history! Whether you've never picked up a paddle or your goal is to smash the competition tournament-style, this event will have something for everyone.
Joining us hot off the semi-pro West Coast Pickleball tour will be Molly Marland (Royal LePage Coast Capital and Rob's daughter).
Where: Niagara Falls Racquet Centre (10 minute drive from the Convention Centre)
When: Shelterpalooza (Monday, October 26 from 9:30-12:00)
New to Pickleball?
If this is your first time picking up a racquet, or you don't know the difference between a dink and a volley, this is the category for you! We will have a coach on site to get beginners up to speed, teaching you the fundamentals of the sport and running fun drills. Please ensure you register for the event in the "Beginner" category so we can get a good idea of numbers.
Seasoned Pro?
As we all know, Realtors can be a little bit competitive...for those interested in showing off their skills, please register for the "Tournament" category. This will be a doubles tournament, so either sign up with a partner or sign up solo and we will find you a partner! Get ready to bring your A-game, you'll have the chance to win prizes and earn some serious street cred.
Logistics
The venue is a short, 10 minute drive from the convention area. We will arrange transportation to and from to ensure it is convenient for all!
