The Play Portal: Movement & Breathwork Gathering

Step into The Play Portal — a space to reconnect with your inner child through movement, imagination, and breath.

This workshop is an invitation to remember that play is a spiritual practice. We’ll explore curiosity, silliness, and embodied joy as ways to soften the nervous system and open the heart.

꩜ PART 1: PLAYFUL MOVEMENT

We’ll begin by shaking loose the day and landing in the body through playful movement — a blend of dancing, stretching, shaking, and imaginative expression. Think: animal-like moves, child-like wonder, moments of laughter and release.

This is your permission slip to take up space, be weird, and move in ways that feel alive. Together we’ll explore how joy and spontaneity can be tools for emotional healing, and how curiosity can guide us home to ourselves.

꩜ PART 2: REIKI-INFUSED BREATHWORK JOURNEY

After we’ve opened the body, we’ll lie down and journey inward through a reiki-infused breathwork practice — a soft, playful approach to release and renewal.

Guided by Mina’s voice and soundscape of airy, whimsical music, your breath becomes the bridge between body and imagination. Gentle rhythmic breathing invites sensations of tingling, warmth, and expansion as stuck energy begins to move.

This isn’t about “doing it right” — it’s about letting yourself explore with playful curiosity. Reiki energy blankets the room and flows to wherever you need it most, offering subtle energetic adjustments and emotional balancing.

꩜ INTEGRATION & STILLNESS

After the breathwork, we’ll drop into a rest to ground and integrate the energy. Reiki will continue to flow through the room and provide an extra oomph of love.

Expect to leave feeling light, open, and softly reconnected — to your body, your playfulness, and the quiet magic within you.

꩜ WHAT TO BRING

Wear cozy, movable clothes. Bring a water bottle, chapstick. Extra layers are recommended (breathwork can make you cool down). Tea and nourishing snacks will be available for purchase in the café.

꩜ EXPECT:

  • giggles, tingles, and gentle emotional release

  • spontaneous joy + a touch of magic

  • deeper self-connection through breath, movement, and imagination
